Limited Warranty

Warranty Disclaimer

Tempolar LLC does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes the site available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Tempolar LLC  does not make any warrantees or representations regarding the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise. Some states do not permit limitations or exclusions on warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Returns

Except as provided in the Limited Warranty section above, Tempolar LLC products are not returnable for any reason after twenty-one (21) days from the date of shipment.  To return a product, the Purchaser must contact Tempolar LLC via e-mail to submit a request for a Return Good Authorization (RGA#).  The purchaser must state the designated Part Number as printed on the original invoice, the invoice number, the date of purchase, the serial number, and the reason for return.  If the purchaser's request is approved by Tempolar LLC in its sole discretion, Tempolar LLC shall respond to the purchaser via e-mail to provide the RGA# and provide instructions for the return of the product.

All returned products:

• Must be returned with ten (10) days after receipt of the RGA#
• Shipped freight prepaid and fully insured at the purchase price
• Adequately packed so as to prevent damage in transit
• Accompanied with copies of the e-mail requesting the return, the e-mail from Tempolar LLC with the assigned RGA# and a copy of the original invoice
• The assigned RGA# must be clearly marked on the outside of the carton.

Loss or damage that occurs during return shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser.  A restocking charge equal to twenty (20%) of the invoice amount of the returned products will apply to all non-warranty returns.  The purchaser understands and agrees that such restocking charge will reduce the credit applied to the purchaser's credit card and agrees to such restocking charge.  Tempolar LLC agrees to process and returns (including warranty) within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the product.

Tempolar LLC does represent or warrant that the functions of the products on this site that are covered by the OEM warranty.

Limitation of Liability
The maximum cumulative liability to the purchaser shall not exceed the purchase price of the product upon which such liability is based. Tempolar LLC shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Tempolar LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 


Typographical Errors
In the event that a Tempolar LLC product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Tempolar LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Tempolar LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Tempolar LLC shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.


Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Tempolar LLC without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Tempolar LLC may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to Tempolar LLC.


Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tempolar LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the "Service Providers") from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.


Third-Party Links
In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, Tempolar LLC may link to sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with Tempolar LLC, Tempolar LLC has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of Tempolar LLC. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk. Nonetheless, Tempolar LLC seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work).

Data Logger Use Specifications -Temprecord Data Loggers are precision instruments

for the measurement of temperature and/or humidity. As with all precision instruments, please handle with

care.

1. The Data Logger MUST NOT be exposed to temperature environments beyond the

following operating temperature ranges:

• Logger Case: -25°C to +60°C for Mon-T, Inland/Export, Econolog and Multitrip Green

and RH

• Logger Case: -50°C to +60°C for Multitrip Blue Low Temp, Multitrip Blue Supercool

and Scientific).

• Standard Probe: -50°C to +110°C for Multitrip Green and Multitrip Blue Low Temp

• Low Temp Probe: -80°C to +110°C for Multitrip Blue Supercool and Scientific

2. The Data Logger MUST NOT be left submerged at depth of 1metre beyond

30 minutes.

3. The Data Logger MUST NOT be pierced, squashed or dropped.

4. The Logger’s front label MUST NOT be removed for any reason.

5. The Data Logger MUST NOT be exposed to high static emissions, as with any other

precision instrument.

6. The Data Logger MUST NOT be withdrawn from the reader interface before logger

programming or downloading of data is complete. (The result is similar to a file on a memory

stick becoming corrupted if the memory stick is removed from a PC before the action has

been completed).

7. If at any time any of the above situations occurs, then the Data Logger MUST

be returned to Temprecord for checking, testing and re-calibration. A

standard repair fee is applicable (at purchaser's expense).

8. Before use of the Logger it must be reset and checked using the “Temprecord

for Windows” or “Palm Application” Software. It is the responsibility of the

User to ensure that correct parameters are applied to the Logger. Default

parameters are preset at factory as per product specifications.

9. Tempolar LLC accepts no liability, including contingent

liability or consequential loss, for any product used where a Logger is used in

contravention of the requirements of this schedule or product is used where

the procedures set out herein have not been followed exactly.
